We are reliable builders on the Sunshine Coast, and formerly Darwin in the NT offering our services to clients across both regions for 40 years. Geoff is a member of The Housing Industry of Australia, so you can be sure he always provides outstanding results.

Our work isn’t finished when we have completed your extension, renovation, or new home. Cleanup is conducted by our tradesmen at the end of every day as well as at the conclusion of the project, ensuring total protection of the property throughout the building process.

Geoff Rutherford

Geoff and his team are specialised renovations experts and new home builders, servicing clients in the Sunshine Coast region. He has been, and still is, hands on in the building industry for over 40 years.

A carpenter/joiner by trade, Geoff has vast experience, compared to many other new home builders, having started out many years ago working on architecturally designed dwellings as an apprentice. Since his early beginnings he moved on to construction manager and supervisor on the Palmerston Cinema’s Hub complex in 1999 and builder of the Hastings Deering Project on Wishart Road in 2003.

Moving on – it was time to get back to the more detailed and exciting field of small personalised projects.
